About me

Who I am beyond therapy.

I love conversations that bring us back to what really matters: to what hurts, to what we love, to what moves us.

I truly believe that, even in the middle of chaos, every person carries an inner strength that draws them toward healing.

More than a job, therapy is a calling — it's led me to meet wonderful people, eager to find themselves again and start over.

My role is to walk with you as you find a direction that feels right for you — a life that isn't just “functional,” but one you can enjoy and feel at peace with.

Training & approach

What's my therapeutic style?

My work draws on an integrative approach: I combine Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and brief systemic therapy.

My style is honest and clear — yet warm and deeply human. Therapy, beyond being a space to talk, is a place to understand yourself better, make sense of what you're going through, and gain tools that serve you in your daily life.

How I work

  • How do I work?

I use an integrative approach (REBT + brief systemic therapy). We talk about what's bringing you here today without losing sight of your history.

  • What can you expect?

A judgment-free space where I help you get to know yourself, with respect and at the pace of your own process.

  • How do I accompany you?

Change happens in the relationship. My role is to support you with questions that foster deeper introspection into your thoughts and emotions.
